Here’s a video to help you prepare your space and body.

It is best to complete this breathwork session on either an empty stomach or to have fully digested your previous meal (eating 2-3 hours prior) and please do not consume caffeine before this session (if it has been 4+ hours since consuming caffeine it likely has been metabolized but it’s best not to consume at all prior to). I suggest wearing comfortable clothing, having a yoga mat on the floor, a small pillow for your neck/head, an eye mask or small cloth to cover your eyes and a light blanket or towel as your body temperature can fluctuate during your breathwork session. I ask that you position the camera on your phone or laptop to show your head and stomach so I can ensure you are breathing from your diaphragm and in accordance with the Holosomatic Breathwork technique as well as not taking too shallow of breaths that can lead to hyperventilation.

Please arrive on Zoom no later than 5 minutes before your session, we will begin promptly and cannot accommodate latecomers as I will begin instructing on the Holosomatic breathwork technique, going over contraindications, etc.
