In this Breathwork session, we will be using various breathwork and tantric techniques to bring you and your partner together. You will be using your own breath in tandem with you partner’s breath to synchronize your energy, your essence and your being. You will feel like you are one. I will only be the facilitator, guiding you through the breathing, and the movements. I highly suggest this session if you’ve been feeling distant with your partner or want to grow closer.
You have 3 options for locations:
Your own space: villa, house, a friend’s studio - yoga mats, bolsters and blankets will not be provided for this option, only eye masks will be provided. Attendees will need to bring their own.
Someday Cafe in Phuket Town: only available for sessions beginning at 8:30am and can accommodate up to 6 people with a rental fee of 1,000 baht to be added to your group package cost. Yoga mats, bolsters water and eye masks will be provided. Google Maps link for Someday Cafe

The session is a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes, breathwork for 1 hour, 10 minutes before to prep for the session, and 20 minutes after to reintegrate.
