Interconnected offers a variety of sessions/events ranging from breathwork for elevating creativity, reducing anxiety, and intense warrior breathing. We also offer tutorials on how to connect deeper with yourself, with your partner and transformational men’s circles. These sessions are offered both in-person and online. As Corey Dupree often travels, the locations will vary for in-person sessions and will be updated on the website. Breathwork

Breathwork is such an important practice. It holds the key to life, light, love and happiness. It helps us feel more connected to ourselves and to others


Connectedness

Connection is what drives us. As divine beings we have the desire to connect with ourselves and with others. Community can shape our self-image and the way we see and interact with others with love.


Mindfulness

Focusing on our breath we are able to be more mindful. To dive deep into our subconscious and our psyche to ultimately be more mindful of our own actions, reactions, words, and existence.


Calmness

Stress is something we all encounter and conquer. Stress keeps us alive it also slowly kills. In a world full of distraction, disconnection and fear stress becomes almost too much. It is our breath and connection that brings us back to a sense of calm.

 Live Sessions/In-Person

Live sessions are created when it is not possible to have in-person sessions. We believe in the power of space, environment and will always try to facilitate a space where someone can come in-person. This is not always the case as Corey travels often. Thus, having live sessions makes it easier to facilitate and bring breathwork to everyone. Please read the FAQ for preparation before live sessions.
