The program will focus on eliminating restrictive beliefs and behaviors that hinder personal growth and hinder one's ability to achieve their desired life. This month-long container will target various areas such as self-identity, sexual identity, emotional state, self-esteem, life purpose, and interpersonal relationships. Through these sessions, participants will undergo somatic clearing to remove anything that doesn't serve their best interest, which will allow them to adopt new and positive ways of engaging with life, ultimately leading to a better reality.
