In this Breathwork session, we will be using various techniques to bring you and your partner together. You will be using your own breath in tandem with you partner’s breath to synchronize your energy, your essence and your being. You will feel like you are one. I will only be the facilitator, guiding you through the breathing, and the movements. I highly suggest this session if you’ve been feeling distant with your partner or want to grow closer.
